Role Overview
As our Growth Marketing Specialist at vchain, you will be the first—and currently only— marketing hire, owning the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives that directly drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Reporting to the Head of Sales (HOS) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll plan and execute campaigns, manage marketing tools, create content, and ensure smooth marketing operations. This is a hands-on, highly tactical role with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and industry
platforms)
Build, test, and optimize audience segments, creatives, and ad formats
2. Website & Conversion Optimization
Update website content and calls-to-action (CTAs)
Build and optimize landing pages
Improve funnel conversion rates and increase demo requests
3. Content & Creative Production
Create case studies, email flows, blog posts, ad copy, and social media content
Use basic design tools to support content visuals
4. CRM & Marketing Automation
Set up nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns
Maintain clean CRM data; support lead routing and scoring
Collaborate with sales to keep sales resources library up to date
5. Data, Reporting & Insights
Track and report on key weekly metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, demo–SQL conversion,
campaign/channel performance)
Build dashboards and share insights with the HOS/CRO
